In addition to standard product recommendations, GASTAC offers full customization support. If standard models don’t meet your expectations, our engineers design tailor-made solutions based on your required dimensions, load range, and environmental conditions. We guarantee fast response, transparent communication, and sample verification before mass production. With GASTAC’s professional pre-sale service, you gain not only high-quality products but also the confidence and efficiency to bring your project to success from the very beginning.
Sale Service
From order placement to product delivery, we have full-time business personnel to keep contact with clients. They will update the order progress to clients. In general, we adopt the T/T payment method, namely 30% deposit and 70% final payment. After the recipient of30% deposit, we arrange the production, and will notice the client once production is finished within the specified period. After the recipient of 70% final payment, delivery is immediately arranged or goods can be delivered on the day required by the client. If you have particular requirements toward payment, you can negotiate with our business personnel in advance.
Production cycle of standard size gas springs is 3 to 4 days. Non-standard products come with production cycle of 4 to 6 weeks. For an urgent order, please negotiate with our business personnel in advance. If goods were damaged during the transportation, both sides can negotiate how to deal with the problems. Based on actual conditions, goods can be immediately supplemented or supplemented in the next deal.
After-sale Service
We can directly arrange the production according to the drawings or samples offered by clients. Upon request, we can also offer custom made gas spring design service, and offer sample production service as well. And then mass production is arranged, when clients have no objections after the confirmation of samples designed by our party. If a client makes an inquiry by e-mailing us a drawing, we will make a quotation generally within 2 workdays. The quotation period will be 7 to 10 workdays if a client just tells us his thought rather than providing product drawing. That’s because we have to fully understand his intention and provide drawing.
As a responsible enterprise, we hope to foster long-term cooperative relationships that are mutually beneficial. At the beginning of a deal, we can offer 2 free samples of each type to clients for testing. But they have to assume the transportation fees. If a client makes an order and the order quantity meets our minimum order amount, we can return the sample transportation fees. Or we can provide you with goods that are equivalent to the fees. We will periodically e-mail clients with our latest product catalog which also can be downloaded from our website.
