Window Strut
A window strut is a component used to support the weight of a window and keep it open. Window gas strut is typically a metal or plastic bar that attaches to the window frame and the window sash. The gas strut window is designed to apply enough force to the window to keep it in a desired position, whether fully open, partially open or closed, and to prevent it from slamming shut or falling down.
Strut windows are commonly used in a variety of window types, including casement windows, awning windows, and hopper windows. Gas strut servery windows can be found in both residential and commercial buildings and are an important safety feature in preventing accidents from falling windows.
Window struts can be either manually or electronically operated, and may be adjustable to allow for different opening angles. Gas strut awning windows can also be replaced if they become damaged or worn out over time.
